The Elma Public Library has a wide variety of books, magazines, and movies.  There are four computers with Internet access for public use. Library Hours: Monday/Thursday           10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.             Tuesday/Wednesday          2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.               Friday           1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.           
Saturday        9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.                Closed Sunday                                     
Note:  If weather delays/cancels Howard-Winneshiek schools, chances are the library will also be closed!
