Jeff & Taylor Hoover are the new owners of the fitness facility in Elma, IA as of January 2023, now known as Growth Culture Fitness, LLC. Jeff has been passionate about growth both mentally and physically throughout his adulthood. We hope to make this place a facility and environment that inspires people to challenge themselves for the greater of their life for themselves, their family and their community.
