Elma City Council & City Boards
The Elma City Hall is located at 313 Elm Street, next to the city water tower. City Council meetings are held at this location on the 2nd Monday of each month, beginning at 7:00 p.m., and are open to the public. All other City business takes place at the City Clerk's office, located at 409 Main Street. The City Clerk's open-window hours are 8:00 a.m.-12:00 on Monday and 1:00-5:00 p.m. on Friday.
