Adult & Youth Leagues
Summer 2010 leagues and coaches are as follows:
Boy's baseball- , Coach
Girl's Softball-Glen Pietan, Coach
Adult Slow-Pitch League-Adam Enloe, Coordinator
Youth practices begin in late May/early June at the Elma Park.
Adult league games begin in May and last through mid July, alternating at the Elma and Alta Vista ball diamonds. Championships games will be played during Old Roundhouse Trail Days, July 16-18, 2010 in Elma.

Bowling
The bowling alley is under new management and will bere-opening under the name of "BACKWOODZ Steakhouse & Lanes" in September 2010. Now taking inquiries for fall bowling leagues and pool league. To inquire, please contact Elma Locker @ 641-393-2287.
Golf
Maple Heights Golf & Country Club
Elma is home to a beautiful 9-hole public golf course. Mens Day league is every Tuesday beginning at 12:00 p.m. and Ladies Day league is on Wednesdays beginning at 2:00 p.m. Friday nights the course offers Couples night, with a variety of unique games and meals afterwards.

Recreational Trail
The Old Roundhouse Trail is a portion of the Great Western Wapsi recreational trail, soon to be connected to the trail of the same name stretching north through Howard & Mitchell counties, through Riceville and McIntire.
The Old Roundhouse Trail segment was newly black-topped in fall 2009.
Watch for creation of Elma's Old Roundhouse Trail trailhead soon to be started! It will be at the north depot area, near the covered bridge in the center of town on Busti Avenue.
Roller Skating
Elma offers a youth roller skating program on Friday evenings in late fall/early winter. Check back Fall of 2010 for more information.
