Elma City-Wide Rummage Sales

Annual rummage sales around the Elma & Alta Vista communities, organized by Marsha Hidding. A list of participating sale locations and times will be available at Elma Express, Elma Locker & Grocery, Security State Bank-Elma, AV Express and on the Elma Iowa Facebook page on Tuesday August 5th after 5:00 p.m.. Please contact Marsha at 641-228-0893 by August 1st to be placed on the list. Sales are Friday August 9th 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and Saturday August 10th 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted in the sale listing. Of special note, the Tossed & Found Thrift Store (located across from the bank on Main Street & only open until noon on Saturday) will be open both days and Maple Leaf Lutheran Church will have a rummage/bake sale located at Memorial Hall both days with lunch stand available as well.
