Grandma Z’s & the Recker House in Alta Vista, offers fully furnished 3 and 5 bedroom homes for rent on a short term basis.  Amenities at each home include linens, towels, cookware, dishes, central air, charcoal grill, patio area, satellite TV and keyless entry.  The guest houses are located directly across the street from each other at 106 & 107 North Hilltop Street.

NEW in 2017 two locations now in Elma as well!  Both are in the former Fenholt Apartment complex at 603 7th Street.  Each one is a one-bedroom unit with a fold-out couch.  These units are called “Elma Guesthouse” and “Elma Guesthouse Too”; and are available for short  (overnight/weekend) or long (by the month or longer)  term rental.

Additionally we have a large 5-bedroom home in New Hampton (a short 20-minute drive from Elma) for rent as well.
